Nick joined the Firm in 2006. He heads up or Forensic Accounting division which specialises in family law related matters.
His passion for clear, concise and impartial advice has resulted in the early settlement of many matters. Nick is dedicated to 'making sense of the dollars'.
His experience covers all stages of dispute resolution from preparation of preliminary estimates to assist with case strategy through to giving evidence in court, including the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Nick's key areas of expertise include:
- Damage quantification and valuations for litigation and other dispute resolution forums
- Assistance in many areas of law including Breach of Contract/Warranty, Trade Practices, Personal Injuries and Family Law matters.
- Economic loss claims including loss of profits, both past and future (goodwill), price erosion and additional costs
- Valuation of various financial interests including shares, businesses, companies, trusts, partnerships, employee share scheme entitlements and superannuation interests
