Amber joined the Firm in 2003. She is one of two Directors in our Accounting and Taxation division, the biggest of Cutcher & Neale's eight divisions. 
Her unique skills and deep understanding of all matters relating to tax legislation make her an essential part of the management team.

Jace Pedonese
BCom, CA, FTIA,

Accounting and Taxation 

Jace joined the Firm in 2005. 
He has over 16 years experience in providing tax consulting, planning, compliance and business advisory services to a diverse range of small to medium enterprises and high net worth individuals.

He's also part of our Specialist Medical Services division where he regularly consults with medical practitioners. With a keen interest in financial management and reporting, Jace has presented numerous seminars on these topics.

Michael Graham

Business Software and Systems Solutions

Michael joined the Firm in 1998. As the Director of our BSSS division, he and his team provide  tailored financial solutions and advice on a wide
variety of accounting systems to SMEs.

Michael has completed hundreds of new financial system implementation, customised reporting, training and documentation projects.

An accomplished speaker, he's  delivered many presentations on accounting system functions and KPI  development.

Kristy Purdon
BFin, SSA, DipFS(FP), Adv.Dip.FS(FP)

Investment Services

Kristy joined Cutcher & Neale in December 2000.

Her excellent technical abilities, commitment and people skills quickly proved a valuable asset to the firm.

A Director of our Investment Services Division, she heads up a team of Investment and Financial Planning specialists.

Stuart Chan
BCom, CA, GDip FP

 Specialist Medical Services 

 Stuart joined the Firm in 2009.
 He is a Director of our Specialist Medical Services division which provides specialised accounting and financial services to Medical and Dental professionals.

He provides advisory services to high net worth family and business groups and is a noted presenter of training programs for professionals organisation including the Institute of Chartered  Accountants in Australia, Australian Medical Association (NSW) and other general and specialist medical associations.

Nick Nancarrow
BCom, CA

Assurance – Club and Hospitality

Nick joined the Firm in 1996.
A Director of our Risk and Assurance team, he heads up our specialist Club and Hospitality division.                                                  

His background includes broad experience in a number of other industry sectors such as Banking and Finance, Mining and Manufacturing.

Nick Gaudion
BBus, CA

Forensic Accounting 

Nick joined the Firm in 2006. He heads up or Forensic Accounting division which specialises in family law related matters.

His passion for clear, concise and impartial advice has resulted in the early settlement of many  matters. Nick is dedicated to 'making sense of the dollars'.

His experience covers all stages of dispute resolution from preparation of preliminary estimates to assist with case strategy through to giving evidence in court, including the Federal Magistrates Court, the Family Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. 


Nick's key areas of expertise include:

  •  Damage quantification and valuations for litigation and other dispute resolution forums
  • Assistance in many areas of law including Breach of Contract/Warranty, Trade Practices, Personal Injuries and Family Law matters.
  • Economic loss claims including loss of profits, both past and future (goodwill), price erosion and additional costs
  • Valuation of various financial interests including shares, businesses, companies, trusts, partnerships, employee share scheme entitlements and superannuation interests 

Adam Littlewood

Business Services

Adam joined the Firm in 2006.

As a Director of our Business Services division, he provides high-level tax consulting, planning, compliance and business advisory services to a diverse range of SMEs and high net worth individuals.
