Is your club getting the full benefits from systems operating within your premises - whether it be your POS system, accounting, payroll, gaming, membership or other systems? 

In recent audits, we have identified issues where staff are not using these systems to their full capabilities and may have not received appropriate training.

Reporting issues have been identified, as well as work arounds (e.g. using spreadsheets) outside these systems. These are some tell-tale signs that a system is not being utilised fully.

Efficient system usage can lead to better accuracy of data and reporting whilst also allowing additional time for staff to focus on other key areas.
