A. To view confidential documents in complete confidence, including their financial reports, tax information and BankLink transactions.

Q. Can anybody use the Client Secure Area?
A. Anybody who has access to the internet can use Client Secure Area
Q. What type of information will be available for me to view?
A. Once you have registered for Client Secure Area, you will be able to view any documents that Cutcher & Neale has uploaded to your
area. These will consist of documents like tax returns, tax payments, financial accounts, trust documents and much more!
Q. Who can I contact for Client Secure Area help?
A. You can contact Cutcher & Neale on 02 4928 8500 and ask to speak to your Client Service Manager.
Q. Can I log-in and view all my entities?
A. Yes. If you have more than one entity, you will be able to link all your entities to view it from one area.
Q. How do I link all me entities so I can view them all from one log-in?
A. Cutcher & Neale can set up your entities so that they are linked to one login. Just notify us of which entities you would liked linked,
and we can arrange it for you.
Q. Is there a limit to the amount of entities I have linked?
A. No, there is no limit. You can link all your entities to one login if you wish.
Q. Can I elect to have a secondary user access my Client Secure Area?
A. Yes. You can have another user that can access your files in your area. You can also set permissions for certain files and entities
so they can only access certain files.
Q. How many extra users can I have to access my files?
A. We only allow one extra user for your Client Secure Area. The extra user may be someone like your accounts administrator.
Q. Can my secondary user have access to all my files?
A. They can have access to all your files or you can limit it to certain files or entities. We can arrange to set up permissions for your
secondary user to allow them to only access certain files.
Q. Is there a limit to how many files I can have in my Client Secure Area?
A. No, there is no limit. You can have as many files as you like in your one area.
Q. Is there a size limit on the files I upload?
A. No, there is no limit to the size of the file you need to upload.
Q. Can I change the email address I log-in with?
A. No. Once you have registered with one email address, you are unable to change it.
Q. Can I change my password?
A. Yes. If there is a need to change your password, you can go into your account settings and reset your password.
Q. I have BankLink set-up with Cutcher & Neale, can I use the same email address for my Client Secure Area?
A. Yes. You can access your BankLink files through your Client Secure Area. If you cannot currently do this, please speak to your
Cutcher & Neale Client Service Manager and we can arrange this for you.
