Your new opportunity

We are excited to share this opportunity for a Software Support Trainee to join our team of Solution Consultants. 

We work with clients to understand their unique business needs and then design, implement and support the software solutions that help them achieve their goals. 

We work with software applications and remote devices rather than networks and hardware, and we love to be on the cutting edge, ensuring our clients benefit from new software functionality as it is released!

What will you do?

• Provide software technical support to clients using our support ticketing system, and talk to our vendors for technical support
• Build great relationships with our clients and software vendors
• Develop product/process documentation and deliver training
• Conduct technical research and write recommendations
• Work to budgeted KPIs relating to project hours and billing
• Travel periodically to visit clients locally and interstate
• Learn from our team of Solution Consultants and build your career

What background do I need?

Our highly experienced team will show you everything you need to know and set you up for success, but if you have done a little work in any of the following areas, it would be advantageous:

• Business processes or office systems (maybe you were an Assistant Manager or a Team Leader)
• Scheduling or rostering
• An interest in IT and technology (software, not hardware)
