His career began with an underwriting agency specialising in sports insurance, where he worked as an Assistant Underwriter before moving into a Business Development role at Allianz and later joining an international insurance broker.
Seeking to specialise within the industry, Andrew transitioned to a medical indemnity insurer, where he spent seven years building deep expertise in the complex needs of healthcare professionals. Seeing an opportunity to deliver a higher standard of service and advice, he later established his own broking business before joining Cutcher & Neale to create iMed Insurance, the firm’s dedicated general insurance division.
