We are excited to announce our Newcastle office will be moving to new premises in 2021.
Our continued growth has created the need for the Cutcher & Neale Newcastle team to move to new offices.
In late 2019, we completed the purchase of premises at 130 Parry St Newcastle West NSW, and work on a new four storey building is due to commence shortly, with the view to us moving our Newcastle operations in late 2021.
This also means that we are looking for tenants to lease office space in the building:
- Minimum of 12 car spaces available
- Whole floor plate available of 1,120sqm*
- 120sqm of street fronting retail space
