Jace’s passion for accounting and business advisory was sparked early, inspired by his father’s journey as a business owner. Since starting his career in 1995, he has gained extensive experience in tax, business advisory and commercial strategy, becoming Director of the Accounting & Tax Division in 2009 and Partner in 2017.
Jace helps clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence, challenging them to set goals and maximise their potential. Known for being supportive, trusted, and reliable, he brings both expertise and a personal touch to every client relationship.
Outside work, Jace enjoys the outdoors, keeping active, and giving back, having trekked to Everest Base Camp, participated in the Magic Ride, and served as Treasurer for his local soccer club.
