Jarrod Bramble is the Managing Partner of Cutcher & Neale, leading a 22-Partner firm with more than 220 staff across four offices in Australia and offshore support teams. Under his leadership, Cutcher & Neale has expanded, establishing offices in Sydney and Brisbane and most recently merging with a Melbourne firm to strengthen its presence along the east coast. Jarrod has been instrumental in embedding the firm’s core values into every aspect of its operations, driving corporate governance and strategic planning, and guiding the transition to an Executive Leadership model that has created an exceptionally aligned partner group.
Innovation has been a constant focus throughout Jarrod’s career. He has championed initiatives such as the At Risk, At Wealth framework, the wealthstart program, and Australian Medical Benchmarks – all designed to help clients achieve their financial, business, and investment goals sooner. His forward-thinking approach saw him recognised as Innovative Partner of the Year at the 2019 Xero Awards, and he has represented Cutcher & Neale on the international stage as part of Macquarie Bank’s US Global Innovation Study Group in 2018 and 2022.
Beyond his role as a Partner, Jarrod sees himself as a custodian of Cutcher & Neale – nurturing and growing the firm for the next generation of leaders. He has overseen Top 500 ATO reviews, established charitable and research organisations, and serves on the board of a not-for-profit education body. By driving service line specialisation and expansion into medico, finance broking and insurance broking, Jarrod continues to position Cutcher & Neale as trusted advisors, delivering comfort and clarity to clients while ensuring the firm’s legacy of excellence endures.
