Jodie Walshe began her career with Cutcher & Neale as a trainee in 2006 after pivoting from an initial acceptance into a law and criminology degree to studying commerce, a decision sparked by her interest in accounting as a high school subject. The opportunity to study and work full time gave her invaluable early exposure to the profession, and she has remained with Cutcher & Neale ever since.
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Jodie’s passion lies not only in the numbers but in the people. She values the deep, long-term relationships she has built with clients, some covering multiple generations and takes pride in helping them achieve success through trusted advice, strong communication, and genuine personal connection. Clients describe her as genuine, caring, and enthusiastic, qualities that allow her to provide guidance with empathy and clarity.
A career highlight for Jodie has been becoming the fifth Partner at Cutcher & Neale to have started as a trainee, and the first female to do so. Her loyalty to the firm is matched by her pride in its growth and continued success.
Outside of work, Jodie attended a Performing Arts High School after dancing from the age of three. While the corporate world may seem far removed, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to her professional life.
