Joe Recupero has over 27 years of experience in accounting and financial services, beginning his career in a small accounting firm in Melbourne’s outer suburbs in 1998 before joining BBB Partners in 2007. He developed a strong client base within the medical graduate team and became a Partner in 2016. Inspired by his father’s small business and his own strengths in mathematics and business from an early age, Joe has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate the complexities of financial and tax affairs.
Joe takes a holistic approach with his clients, simplifying the complex and providing peace of mind. He aims to make every client feel like the most important person in the room, ensuring their financial and tax matters do not keep them awake at night. Over his career, he has taken pride in seeing clients grow from interns to established professionals and business owners.
Outside work, Joe enjoys snow skiing and spent his childhood holidays riding dirt bikes in country Victoria, with future skiing adventures planned for New Zealand and Japan.
