Over the years, he has specialised in operational systems, business process mapping, and ERP implementation, introducing solutions like Ostendo ERP and Oracle NetSuite to expand client capabilities and enhance workflow efficiencies. His deep expertise in cost accounting and operational processes spans multiple industries, allowing him to provide practical, insightful guidance to clients.
As a Partner, Michael helps clients make informed decisions by leveraging his technical, process, and accounting knowledge to optimise operational systems and financial reporting. He takes pride in mentoring a highly skilled team that consistently delivers exceptional service.
Outside work, Michael is a passionate bonsai enthusiast with around 60 hand-grown trees and is also a former surfing champion, having won the Ugly Brothers Open Memorial Surfing Classic in 1994.
