Ostendo Tips and Tricks

 Often we find productivity tools within applications are sometimes forgotten. This month we will feature shortcut keys in Ostendo:

• F4 Shortcut key
  By pressing F4 in any Blob field within Ostendo will enter the date, time and user e.g. [06/04/2022 2:57:05 PM - MICHAEL].

• F3 Shortcut key 
  This functions as a 'Look Up' shortcut in the following instances

o For fields with a Look Up (spyglass) icon this will display the table
o For 'Notes' fields the 'Frequently Used Text' screen will be presented for selection of the Text/Phase.
