Michael joined the firm in 1998. As head of our Business Software & System Solutions division he provides tailored technology solutions on a wide variety of operational systems to SMEs.

Michael has been responsible for the project management of numerous large operational software implementations in the Manufacturing, Jobbing, Services and Wholesale Distribution sectors.

As a recognised expert with a deep understanding of businesses financial systems, Michael's skills have been employed to write detailed reports highlighting areas in which automation and efficiency can be gained and controls tightened. A key focus in this area is Balance Sheet account reconciliation and Profit & Loss account allocation review. Aaron is skilled in the application and systemisation of job costing, time capture and the management of work in progress in the service and manufacturing based industries.

Dan started as a trainee at Cutcher & Neale in 2006, returned in 2015 after a brief stint in commerce. Dan specialises in assisting both new and existing clients to improving the efficiency of operations through technology, as well as working with clients to develop sound financial reporting processes and commercial analysis. His strength lies in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partnering with them through oversight of their accounting and finance reporting processes and review and analysis of their results.

Utilising his financial reporting, assurance and systems background aswell as leveraging off his commercial accounting experience, Dan also assists clients in assessing their current systems, processes and reporting, and implementing solutions that are not only effective and efficient but also ensuring there are adequate internal controls.

Hannah joined the Cutcher & Neale Software division in 2016 providing the team with a fresh approach and a wealth of knowledge.

She has a proven track record of working with both internal stakeholders and external clients effectively using her investigation and resolution skills to produce best practice outcomes for all parties involved.

She is currently responsible for Tier 1 Support, working closely with Cutcher & Neale’s clients to ensure a solution is met to their software problems, in a timely and efficient manner, guaranteeing the problem solving process is seamless.

Her understanding in Software Services is extensive, being proficient in our programs MYOB, Ostendo, Reckon and has previous experience in Navision, SAP and Seibel.

Within a short amount of time, Hannah established a great working relationship with clients. Her unique and comprehensive service compliments her experience resulting in exceeding client’s expectations.

Pairing with her vast practical experiences, Hannah is currently studying an Advance Diploma of Accounting to further her skills to aid in her services offering here at Cutcher & Neale.

He is currently responsible for Tier 1 Support, working closely with Cutcher & Neale’s clients to ensure a best fit solution is always available in a timely and efficient manner.

His understanding in Software Services is broad, being proficient in our programs Ostendo, MYOB, Xero, Reckon and QBO and has extensive experience providing solutions using all functionality of Microsoft Excel.

Chris has a keen interest in automation both inside Ostendo and leveraging out of the box modern solutions.

Complimenting his practical skillset, Chris also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (with Distinction) majoring in Accounting from Newcastle University.

Steve's expertise spans over 18+ years in the software and product management industry.

With IT experience from analysis, implementation and development of database application software, Steve understands what is required to successfully project manage complex strategies to meet technical standards and roll out.

An integral part of our team, Steve is able to work with us to develop systems, processes, documentation and facilitate implementation to our clients in a timely, and professional manner.

Steve has extensive knowledge of Ostendo’s database structure enabling the team to create system automation scripts and complete module coding. With knowledge of Ostendo and scripting languages Steve also has the ability to create custom triggers, stored procedures and tables. He is also capable of facilitating the flow of information between Ostendo and other systems or create custom reporting formats.

Before joining Cutcher & Neale Michelle spent over 10 years in the Manufacturing industry. During this time, Michelle was responsible for the project management of numerous operational, quality and HSE software implementations and technical product certifications.
 
With extensive experience as an Ostendo system owner and champion, Michelle understands what is required to successfully project manage complex implementations from strategy and design through to process review training and rollout.
 
Michelle enjoys investigating business systems, taking a holistic view of the situation to evaluate actions and improve the operation of a business system. With the ability to examine business architecture to identify functional and non-functional requirements, Michelle has provided expert guidance to businesses on the development of policies and procedures, organisational structures, current processes and the development and implementation of IT systems.
 
A confident communicator and workplace trainer, Michelle listens to clients’ needs and develops systems, processes, documentation and staff training to meet their specific requirements.
