With his experience as a Chartered Accountant spanning over 30 years, Ian has built an array of skills in servicing a diverse client base.
As an advisor to Business, he has a deep understanding of strategic planning, risk management and the implementation of streamlined strategies and processes to bring efficiency into businesses. He is a registered Company Auditor and specialises in both taxation consultancy and superannuation planning.
An accomplished public speaker, Ian often presents at relevant seminars and forums on current issues facing various industry groups. He also sits on a number of company boards, attending board meetings as an advisor on a regular basis.

Anna is also strong in HR, payroll and related taxes and is the liaison between the audit team and other divisions within Cutcher & Neale such as our tax and business services divisions.

Dan started as a trainee at Cutcher & Neale in 2006, returned in 2015 after a brief stint in commerce. Dan specialises in systems audits focusing on internal controls and is also highly specialised with IT skills and the use of our CAATS audit software.
Dan’s role within Cutcher & Neale is now also focused on assisting both new and existing clients to improving the efficiency of operations through technology, as well as working with clients to develop sound financial reporting processes and commercial analysis. His strength lies in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and in assessing internal controls.

Alyce joined Cutcher & Neale in 2007 and provides accounting and audit services to a broad range of clients. Alyce is across the latest technical developments in Accounting Standards and financial reporting.
An expert in compliance audits, Alyce has a strong knowledge of the Aged Care and RTO sectors and recent reforms in these areas.
Importantly, Alyce is responsible for implementing our audit strategy, compliance, and audit templates.

Jacob is a key part of our audit team providing services to NFP and Care sector clients, leading internal control review components and funding audits.
After starting his career in business services, he now specialises in the NFP sector and works closely with clients in health care and disability services. His strength is in understanding both commercial and compliance obligations within contracts, analysis of financial performance and in particular budget assumptions, cost allocation and service level based reporting.

Cameron is experienced in auditing NFP Education, Training, Health and Disability Services clients, leading internal control review components, charitable fundraising and grant audits.
He specialises in audit and financial reporting. Currently our lead auditor for independent school audits as well as some of our Registered Club audits provides knowledge of the financial and operational aspects relevant to community based organisations.
Auditor
Ben is a key member of the audit team, working closely with the firm’s Club & Hospital clients and assisting in servicing clients in the NFP sector. Ben’s detail-oriented nature and strong analytical skills have allowed him to identify key areas for the improvement of client systems and financial performance.
Ben always presents professionally and brings a positive and personable attitude to the team which has resulted in the development of strong working relationships with clients and the audit team. Ben has also developed an intricate knowledge of the firm’s data analysis software which has led to more efficient and in-depth reporting on client’s internal control systems.
Ben’s proficiency in IT and cloud-based software has proved crucial in the recent turbulent business climate.
Auditor
Bronson’s strengths lie in data analytics and ensuring controls are operating effectively to mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity and misstatement. This allows the team to maintain an efficient allocation of time to key risk areas and report any weaknesses in controls to management in a timely manner.
In extension to audit, Bronson’s interest in new technologies has seen him provide consulting services to several clients to assist them in taking full advantage of their current accounting systems or assist in migrating to new cloud-based systems.
Bronson’s strength in the consulting space has also seen him prepare monthly/quarterly reporting packs for clients that deliver KPI metrics customised to their needs. Bronson’s ability to understand client’s requirements and business operations allows for informative, user-friendly reports that assist in making well-informed decisions and a strong understanding of their businesses’ performance.
