Michael joined our firm in 1998. As head of our Business Software & System Solutions division he provides tailored technology solutions on a wide variety of operational, ERP and financial systems to small, medium and large enterprises. Michael has been responsible for the project management of numerous large operational software implementations in the Manufacturing, Jobbing, Services and Wholesale Distribution industry sectors.

As a recognised expert with a deep understanding of businesses financial systems, Michael's consulting skills have been employed to write detailed business system reports highlighting areas in which automation and efficiency can be gained, controls tightened, improve data capture & management and overall system consolidation. His insights have led to major cost savings and significant productivity improvements for numerous organisations.

A key focus in this area is Balance Sheet account reconciliation and Profit & Loss account allocation review. Aaron is skilled in the application and systemisation of job costing, time capture and the management of work in progress in the service and manufacturing based industries.

A confident communicator and trainer, Aaron listens to clients needs and develops systems and processes to meet their requirements and tighten internal controls. Aaron has also developed numerous custom reports that give business owners valuable insights into their key financial data.

His strength lies in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partnering with them through oversight of their accounting and finance reporting processes and review and analysis of their results.

She is currently responsible for Tier 1 Support, working closely with Cutcher & Neale’s clients to ensure a solution is met to their software problems, in a timely and efficient manner, guaranteeing the problem solving process is seamless.

Her understanding in Software Services is extensive, being proficient in our programs MYOB, Ostendo, Reckon and has previous experience in Navision, SAP and Seibel.

Within a short amount of time, Hannah established a great working relationship with clients. Her unique and comprehensive service compliments her experience resulting in exceeding client’s expectations.

Pairing with her vast practical experiences, Hannah is currently studying an Advance Diploma of Accounting to further her skills to aid in her services offering here at Cutcher & Neale.

Working closely with the business systems consultant, Chris’ skills have grown - with his proficiency in entry level accounting packages allowing him to provide solutions for mid-tier operational systems in all facets of business.

Always a left field thinker, Chris’ ability to problem solve, manage script logic, and map analysed processes provides him with the tools he needs to create automation solutions and leverage out of the box products.

Complementing his practical skillset, Chris also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) majoring in Accounting, from the University of Newcastle.

Before joining Cutcher & Neale Michelle spent over 10 years in the Manufacturing industry. During this time, Michelle was responsible for the project management of numerous operational, quality and HSE software implementations and technical product certifications.
 
With extensive experience as an Ostendo system owner and champion, Michelle understands what is required to successfully project manage complex implementations from strategy and design through to process review training and rollout.
 
Michelle enjoys investigating business systems, taking a holistic view of the situation to evaluate actions and improve the operation of a business system. With the ability to examine business architecture to identify functional and non-functional requirements, Michelle has provided expert guidance to businesses on the development of policies and procedures, organisational structures, current processes and the development and implementation of IT systems.
